We are seeking a skilled Windows 10/11 Support Engineer to provide expert-level support for endpoint performance, operating system issues, and enterprise workstation environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with system diagnostics, scripting, troubleshooting, and performance tuning, particularly in domain-joined environments. Prior USPS experience is preferred.Position: Full-Time / Contract Onsite (Raleigh, NC)Responsibilities:Analyze endpoint and event log data to identify and address workstation performance issuesTroubleshoot OS-level and user-impacting issues including:Operating system errorsSoftware installation/configuration issuesNetwork connectivity problemsThird-party application conflictsMonitor system health and performance trendsCollaborate with IT teams to resolve complex issuesMaintain update, patch, and configuration complianceSupport Active Directory, Group Policies, and domain-based infrastructureScript automation using PowerShellRequirement Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Windows 10/11 OS supportDeep understanding of Windows architecture and diagnostic tools (Event Viewer, PerfMon, ProcMon)Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshootingExperience with AD, GPO, WMI, and IntuneStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNPowerShell scripting required (Python or Bash is a plus)Exposure to Hyper-V or VMware environmentsExcellent analytical and communication skillsUSPS experience highly preferredAdditional Information:Must be eligible to work in the U.S.Must be able to pass a background check for federal clearanceLimited remote flexibility availableWork hours: Sunday to Thursday (shift-based support)Candidate Details:Minimum 5 years in U.S. IT support rolesExperience in troubleshooting Windows 10/11 in enterprise settingsStrong communication and independent troubleshooting skillsFederal/USPS domain experience is a strong advantageIf you are interested, Kindly share your resume to
