As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will:Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with seniorsPerform light housekeeping tasks and meal preparationAssist with medication reminders and appointment schedulingSupport seniors with grooming, bathing, toileting, and managing incontinence issuesKey Qualities We Seek:Ability to treat seniors and their belongings with dignity and respectExcellent communication skills and a friendly demeanorCompletion of a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screeningA valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required, as driving is an essential part of the positionRequirements:No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive skills training!Complete registration on the Home Care Aide Registry, pass fingerprint clearance, obtain TB clearance, and undergo drug testing before employmentCompensation Range:
