This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Available Shifts:12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.9 PM to 5:30 AM, Friday through Tuesday.Position ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering.Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
