Take a print of the online filled application form and submit it along with attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, Domicile, and four fresh passport-size colored photographs, which should reach the address given below.
Candidates have to attach with the application form a paid Bank Challan as processing fee in favor of the Treasurer of UHS.

2. Rs. 2000/- for BPS-17
The last date for submission of the application is April 18, 2025.
Applications that are incomplete or received after the due date shall not be entertained.
