Job description: Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is hiring Speech Language Pathologists with prior OASIS experience to work at a partnering home health care provider in Virginia. We bring more than 30 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every therapist we support.Home Health Speech Language Pathologist Contract Details:
- $2,120 $2,344 per week*
- Paid by the hour not by the visit
- Speech Language Pathologist will have a designated territory of coverage with a set amount of patients
- Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with a Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
- Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Virginia
- CPR Certified or ability to obtain
- Previous experience with Computer Charting
- 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
- Valid U.S. Drivers License and reliable transportation
Supplemental Health Care will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable local, state, or federal law (including San Francisco Ordinance #131192, Los Angeles Municipal Code 189.00, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).
