  • Lead the technical integration aspects of game releases to all North American markets.
  • Monitor and ensure all advanced tasks for game releases are completed by other teams in advance of the scheduled due dates
  • Liaise with internal teams to expedite required tasks for successful game releases
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate, where appropriate, all issues related to new game releases in North America, including but not limited to game launch issues, integration issues, wallet rejection issues, web browser issues, app issues, etc.
  • Track, log, and maintain all technical data points for the company’s game portfolio across all North American markets
  • Explore and implement enhanced methods of improvement to streamline the technical integration game release process
  • Apply solutions to simplify the tracking of all data points released to the game portfolio across the North American markets
  • Log game releases into operator systems to ensure day-one uptake by operators.
  • Take a proactive approach to automating routine processes related to game releases and communications using Power Automate, Office Scripts, Zapier, Microsoft Teams, and more.
  • Be familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
  • Facilitate the process of project scope, goal, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Track project deliverables, progress using appropriate tools.
  • Plan and assure quality assurance for project deliverables.
  • Be in close collaboration with internal stakeholders from other departments.
  • Demonstrate full expertise in product technical nature.
  • Maintain a high level of precision and confidence in product knowledge in external communication.
  • Be capable of first-level troubleshooting of technical issues in the scope of integration or another operator/partner impacting project.
  • Prepare and manage documentation of procedures, processes, and programs.
  • Optimisation-oriented, seeking ways to improve existing processes and routines.
  • Make proposals for improving products, programs, and work procedures and participate in bringing those improvements to production.
  • Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in technical integration game release practices.
  • Documenting technical integration game release processes and training users on new system features and interactions
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications.
  • Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in computer science or engineering.
  • Other degrees require an equivalent of a longer-term (minimum 3 years) work experience in the Information technology sector.
  • Project management and / or team lead / manager experience (minimum 2 years).
  • Minimum 2 years of client facing experience.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communications skills.
  • Strong ability to match the client’s business requirements with the product capabilities.
  • Excellent technical and analytical skills.
