Job description: Stable and respected CPA firm located in North Dallas needing Full-time Experienced Staff Accountant. We serve a variety of small business clients and individuals. Our services include income tax preparation; monthly/quarterly accounting; payroll services; sales tax preparation; other compliance reporting.Staff Accountant – CPA FirmResponsibilities:
- Analyze and review accounting data to prepare accurate financial statements
- Prepare necessary payroll tax reports and sales tax reports timely and accurately
- Direct contact and interaction with clients regarding accounting and tax matters
- Timely and accurate adherence to compliance obligations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience with a public firm (prior experience a must)
- Ability to utilize Quickbooks & Sage software – or learn to effectively utilize
