We are looking for a Staff Accountant A/R to join our team at TalentBurst! Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, this position will assist in the execution of general accounting tasks, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and reconciliations.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
- Generating Invoices
- Resolving discrepancies
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
- Initiating collection efforts
- Some Accounts Payable billing
- Supporting other accounting and finance teams
- Reconciling accounts
- Sales Tax Returns preparing and filing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields. Sales tax filings.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools, Proficiency in Advanced Excel, pivot, lookups
- NetSuite, Salesforce experience
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree, minimum 4-5 years’ experience
