Job description: Job Description:Are you friendly, flexible, and love taking initiative? Then we have a position for you, we have an opening for a Staff Accountant .The right Staff Accountant for this role is someone who can handle:
- Maintain capital lease and monthly payment schedules
- Maintain fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliation
- In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations
- Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision
- Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
- Intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation
- Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner
Requirements:
- 2 years accounting experience or recent college graduate with a desire to learn and grow in accounting
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other basic software tools
Expected salary: $24 – 28 per hour
