Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Microsoft Excel, is crucial for effective financial analysis. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail will enable you to prepare accurate financial statements and reconcile accounts efficiently. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are necessary to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a must, along with a solid understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is vital, and experience in manufacturing, costing accounting, and ERP systems will be advantageous.Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
