Job description: Job Title: Staff AccountantOverview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong background in accounting.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Will be responsible for month-end and year-end close process
- Journal entries, accruals, adjustments and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and reconcile complex monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Will be supporting multi-locations and assist with yearly audits
- Assist with financial statement preparation
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or related field
- 3+ years of strong GL accounting experience
- QuickBooks Experience preferred. Any large ERP system experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel, including V-lookup and Pivot Tables
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting
PAY TRANSPARENCY: The estimated annual pay range for this position is $65k – $75k.
