Job description: Staff Accountant – $70,000 base pay + bonusWe are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our real estate firm, which is heavily involved in the investment, development, and management of diverse commercial, residential, and retail properties. Located in the heart of Boston, this role offers up to $70,000 in compensation, a 10% annual bonus, and full coverage for health, dental, and vision insurance. Enjoy a hybrid work schedule with three days in-office and two days remote, and free parking available for days spent at the office.What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector preferred
- Proficiency in Yardi or equivalent real estate accounting software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with proficiency in lease administration and financial analysis
