Job description: Staff Accountant (Temporary – 2 to 3 Months)
Onsite | Huntington Beach, CA
$30 – $35/hr | 32 Hours/WeekWe’re seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant for a 2 to 3-month onsite assignment in Huntington Beach. This role supports the accounting team during a busy period. Ideal for someone organized, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Key Duties:Assist AP/AR with invoices, receipts, vouchers, and depositsPrepare journal entries and support month-end closeCreate reports, including monthly rep commissionsMaintain organized records, scan, file, and mail vendor checksDaily cash reporting and support customer accountsProvide general support to the accounting teamQualifications:Solid experience with AR, AP, General Ledger, and reportingStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyMust be comfortable working 32 hours per week onsiteStart ASAP – great short-term opportunity with a well-run team.

Expected salary: $30 – 35 per hour
