Job description: We’re seeking a skilled Staff Accountant or Bookkeeper to support the finance department with a wide range of responsibilities including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s experienced, proactive, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions.Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable and receivable transactionsManage payroll operations accurately and on schedulePerform monthly account reconciliations and assist in month-end closingWork within QuickBooks and PeopleSoft for financial recordkeeping and reportingAssist in budgeting processes and financial forecastingSupport audits with accurate documentation and reportsMaintain and track fixed assets and depreciation schedulesRequirements:Proficiency in QuickBooks and PeopleSoftStrong understanding of general accounting principlesExperience with payroll, reconciliations, and monthly closesKnowledge of budgeting and audit supportDetail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Expected salary: $34 per hour
