SR MANAGER ASSOCIATE RELATIONS & COMPLIANCE

- Manage the associate relations team with a strong focus on leadership, consistent policy interpretation and risk management. Leads, coaches, and develops Associate Relations team members to cultivate a high-performing, results-driven HR team.
- Advises and mentors leaders and HR teams on escalated people decisions, such as performance management and associate relations. May also facilitate training on HR-related functions for leadership and HRBPs.
- Manage the Associate Concern line process. Gathers and analyses data to identify trends and issues, transforming insights into actionable recommendations to support leaders in informed decision[1]making.
- Tracks and ensures the quality and timeliness of responses to ECL calls, overseeing internal investigations and managing final outcomes and recommendations.
- Lead and support HR projects, driving initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Associate Relations function.
- Collaborates with the employment legal team on HR-related matters to ensure compliance with provincial, federal, state, and municipal laws as well as the Learning and Development to manage policy communications.
- Provides coaching and guidance to senior HR leaders on key topics and communications, ensuring alignment with organizational initiatives and the effectiveness of change efforts.
Knowledge, skills & abilities requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; HR certification a plus.
- A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in Associate Relations required.
- Two (2) to three (3) years supervisory experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of federal, state and provincial law regulations as they pertain to associate relations, benefits (including leave administration), compensation, and payroll.
- Ability to provide ethical, high quality, timely, professional, and positive customer service.
- Ability to make sound decisions and provide direction in the context of manager counseling and conflict resolution in accordance with corporate policies.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. · Ability to meet or exceed established service level expectations.

Working conditions & physical requirementsHybrid or remote work options depending on company policies and location. The work environment generally involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, retail stores, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated. The work is sedentary; however, occasional travel to company locations may be required. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.#LI-Hybrid
