Job description: Role: Sr Desktop Support TechLocation: Richmond, VA (Onsite)Complete DescriptionABOUT THE ROLESeeks qualified resource to be responsible for:Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems; Windows 10 or higher; Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and MS365.Considerable knowledge of pc hardware, peripherals & networksAbility to use software tools (SCCM, Remote Desktop, Dameware etc) to remotely connect to workstations.Excellent troubleshooting skillsAbility to perform software installations, configurations and troubleshooting hardware and software.Considerable knowledge of SCCM/SMSA strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including drivers and bios.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.An openness to learning new technologies.Required/Desired SkillsSkill Required/Desired Amount of Experience
