Job description: Needs Arizona IVP Fingerprint card, provider must be willing to learn school’s IEP system, prefer a provider who lives in Arizona due to not following Daylight Savings and effect on schedulingPart-time position with approximately 15 hours per weekSchool hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Local timeServices must be provided during school hours unless agreed upon with familyTeletherapy experience requiredArizona SLP Board License requiredArizona DOE requiredIEP Experience required * Pay rates range from $45 per hour to $55 per hour based on qualifications, experience, and school location
