Job description: ICA is currently seeking an online Spanish-English Translation & Consecutive Interprepation Instructor. The candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience teaching translation and consecutive interpreataion, and translation and consecutive interpretation test prep.Job Details:

+ Session #3: Translation, 6/18/25, 9-10 am EST (alternatively, 6/19/25, 9-10 am EST)
+ Session #4: Interpretation, 6/18/25, 10-11 am EST (alternatively, 6/20/25, 9-10 am EST)
+ Session #5: Interpretation, 6/23/25, 9-10 am EST (alternatively, 6/24/25, 9-10 am EST)
+ Session #6: Interpretation, 6/30/25, 9-10 am EST (alternatively, 7/1/25, 9-10 am EST)
+ Session #7: Interpretation, 7/2/25, 9-10 am EST (alternatively, 7/4/25, 9-10 am EST)

- Training type: translation / interpretation test prep (general content area), consecutive interpreting note-taking
- Language background: Spanish heritage speaker
- Number of students: 1
- Rate: $43-$45 (prep time included in the hourly rate)
- The training program will include homework activities and should focus on developing language skills such as: speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and culture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience teaching translation and interpreation with translation and interpretation test prep experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Native-like Spanish/English skills
- Teaching experience with Zoom online platform preferred.
