Spaceflight Now tweeted: “Tropical Storm Bertha has formed off South Carolina, near the Falcon 9 rocket’s ground track heading northeast from Cape Canaveral.
“Officials will meet this morning to discuss how the storm might impact weather and sea states in the downrange abort zone.”
The backup window for Crew Dragon opens on Saturday at 8.22pm BST (3.22pm ETD).
