Job description: Sourcer / Research Associate (Part-Time or Full-Time)Fully Remote WorkRecruiting firm seeks part-time hire to support team on project-oriented work geared towards identifying and communicating with candidates for job openings. Candidates based in Illinois, North Carolina, or New York preferredRESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with building candidate and client spreadsheetsCompile/clean data in existing spreadsheets/online databasesWith guidance, use LinkedIn to identify and research prospective candidatesImport candidate resumes into applicant tracking system; maintain profile data integrityPerform general research for firm and ad hoc projects as directedCommunicate internally with colleagues via video chat and phoneQUALIFICATIONS:Strong communications skills; outgoing and motivated personality; focused with attention to detail; task/project-oriented; strong computer skills/tech savvy and research skills a plusPrior Microsoft Office experience required; prior experience with CRM or ATS (Bullhorn, Loxo) software a plusPrior office work or exposure to MS Office and LinkedIn a plus but not required
