Experience Required:
– 4 years of experience with HTML5, JAVA, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js
– Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and homepages using ServiceNow or similar technologies.
– Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including group delegation, CMS modification, workflow, business rule, UI action, UI policy, ACL, dictionary, catalog item management, and updates to all other existing solutions needing revisions.
– Experience in integrating ServiceNow with external systems via REST APIs.
– Familiarity with the ServiceNow Studio IDE.
