  • We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead Executive & Leadership Hiring for our Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) domain.
  • This strategic role involves identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier leadership talent (Director-level and above) in technology and business functions to drive innovation and growth at ***.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for executive-level and leadership roles within the BFSI vertical – including CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Practice Leads, and other strategic roles.
  • Partner with business leaders, delivery heads, and HRBPs to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of senior-level talent through proactive sourcing strategies including headhunting, networking, referrals, social media (especially LinkedIn), and industry events.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
  • Drive diversity hiring and align recruitment strategies to meet DE&I objectives.
  • Collaborate with external search partners and manage agency relationships as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, background verification, and onboarding processes.
  • Utilize ATS and data analytics to report on hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.

Key Requirements:

  • 8-12+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years in leadership/executive hiring within the BFSI or IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, market trends, and organizational structures in BFSI.
  • Proven track record of hiring for Director-level and above roles in India and/or global markets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with Boolean search, sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, etc.), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
  • MBA or equivalent in HR or related field preferred.
