This role is integral to the financial operations of our organization and offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various departments.🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:You’ll play a key role in our accounting operations, including:Assisting in the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual financial reportsCreating and supporting journal entries, month-end accruals, and period-close proceduresPreparing general ledger account reconciliations and monthly accounting schedulesMonitoring A/P and A/R aging schedules and collaborating with the Controller and other accounting staffMaintaining the Fixed Asset ledger and recording asset purchases and disposalsAssisting with billing oversight and understanding billing metrics that support organizational financial healthSupporting the development and documentation of standard operating procedures across accounting, A/R, A/P, and payrollAssisting in the enhancement of internal controls to ensure audit readiness and financial accuracyEnsuring all journal entries are audit-compliant with appropriate documentationContributing to special projects and other responsibilities as assigned✅ What We’re Looking For:Strong understanding of operational finance and U.S. GAAPExcellent analytical, communication, and organizational skillsA team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independentlyHigh integrity and self-motivationInterest in healthcare or healthcare technology industry (a plus)Experience with Great Plains accounting software (a plus)Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities📚 Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics3+ years of accounting experience (private organizations or public accounting; Big 4 or national firm preferred)CPA certification preferred, but not requiredExperience in high-growth or private equity-backed companies is a plusDemonstrated ability to be hands-on and collaborative across teams🚀 Why Join Us?Opportunity to work closely with experienced finance leadersExposure to various departments and business operationsA supportive environment that values curiosity, integrity, and growthA mission-driven organization where your work truly mattersIf you’re ready to grow your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
