HR Solutions customizes services and solutions to meet their client’s needs.Position Summary:The Sales Representative role is primarily a “hunter” and knows how to master networking to generate a strong pipeline. We provide access to subject matter experts to support your efforts before and after the sale. The position pays a salary plus commission and a recurring residual income which few companies in our industry still do.Essential Job Functions:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
• Maintain records and reports in our CRM
• Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
• Identify and establish potential channel partners
• Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators
• Represent HR Solutions as the leading and best HR outsourcing provider
• Special projects as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience selling to SMB’s. Payroll, PEO, Employee Benefits sales preferred
• Familiarity with HR / Payroll software or systems a plus
• Experience in a consultative sales role
• Experience owning or working in a small family business a plus
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas

Educational and Professional Licensing or Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field
