As the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the center of Condado’s go-to-market strategy, driving outbound prospecting efforts to build and qualify opportunities for the sales team.We are looking for someone career-focused and experienced in SDR/BDR work who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to impact high-value, long-cycle enterprise deals.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and optimize outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo (or similar), LinkedIn, Outlook, and Salesforce.Develop and execute multi-channel cadences with a strong focus on deliverability and conversion.Identify, research, and engage key decision-makers within target accounts to uncover needs and qualify opportunities.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure clean, seamless handoffs of qualified leads in Salesforce.Maintain meticulous records of activity, cadence performance, and prospect interactions.Meet or exceed pipeline generation and meeting-setting targets to support revenue growth.Stay up-to-date with Condado.com’s solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to drive informed conversations.What We’re Looking ForProven experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar quota-carrying outbound sales role (minimum 4 years in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment).Hands-on expertise with Apollo or similar tools, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.Strong understanding of outbound cadences, personalization, and deliverability strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior-level executives.Highly organized with exceptional time management and follow-through.Strategic, accountable, and driven — someone looking to grow and build a long-term career in sales.Nice to HaveExperience selling into enterprise or long-cycle deals.Knowledge of customer experience (CX) technologies or call analytics platforms.Full-cycle sales process knowledge.Why This Role MattersThis SDR is critical to Condado’s ability to expand into large enterprise accounts and hit revenue goals.
