Sales Consultant
Company: OnePoint HRO LLC
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the SMB market through cold calls, networking, referrals, and outbound campaigns.
- Develop strong referral relationships with CPAs, insurance brokers, business owners, HR professionals, and key decision makers.
- Conduct discovery meetings to assess potential clients’ current HR/payroll challenges and determine fit.
- Deliver tailored presentations that demonstrate the value of the PEO model and Onepoint’s unique approach.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. This includes negotiating the scope of services and pricing, as well as completing all required contracts and forms.
- Work with internal HR, benefits, and payroll teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client experience.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with prospects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business functions to expand brand awareness.
- Stay current on HR compliance trends, employment law, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline, track activities in CRM, and meet monthly/quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PEO, payroll, or HR outsourcing.
- Proven track record of meetings or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of PEO services and how they operate, including co-employment, payroll administration, HR support, benefits management, and workers’ compensation.
- Previous experience and proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) preferred.
- Experience of selling to C-level executives and small business owners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-aware and open to feedback and coaching.
