Friday remote from home. This may be subject to needs of the business.
- Min. 2 years experience as a Customer Service Rep. in a Call Center.
- Proficient in typing and keyboard skills.
- Highly skilled in interpersonal verbal communication.
- Must be able to work in a remote environment with minimum supervision.
- Responsible for providing the highest customer service while supporting multiple business units.
- Responds to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Supports the marketing campaigns and promotional strategies offered by Company (retail goods and services).
- Escalates high-level complaints to management for immediate resolution.
