An exciting opportunity has arisen at the University of Winchester to join our new department for Student Support and Success. The new post holder will work closely with colleagues across the department, in other professional services roles and within faculties to enhance monitoring, research and evaluation of the access and participation plan, and other strategic priorities for the university.
We are seeking a Research and Evaluation Officer experienced in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programmes and processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience of engaging with different data-sets for data-monitoring and reporting purposes. They will also be excited by the opportunity to present their analysis and recommendations about the impact of university-wide participation and student success activities to senior managers and external audiences.
