Whether you’re experienced in solar or new to the industry, if you can build rapport, follow a proven process, and close deals – you’ll thrive here.🔋 What You’ll Do:
- Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners using Zoom or phone
- Educate clients on solar energy solutions and savings opportunities
- Use provided tools (CRM, proposal software, etc.) to guide the customer journey
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads regularly
- Work inbound leads and/or self-generate opportunities if desired
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure smooth installations
💰 Compensation & Perks:
- 100% remote, flexible schedule (full-time or part-time)
- Uncapped commissions – top closers make $8,000–$15,000/month

- Proven sales ability (solar, real estate, insurance, or phone sales a plus)

- Solar sales experience or energy knowledge

Expected salary: $40000 – 100000 per year
