Job description: Remote CA Foreclosure Attorney – Work from Home!We are hiring a California-licensed Foreclosure Attorney to support foreclosure litigation remotely. Join a dynamic legal team representing top financial institutions!Key Responsibilities:
- Manage judicial foreclosure and real estate litigation cases from start to finish
- Conduct case analysis and advise clients on strategy
- Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and file/defend motions
- Represent clients in court hearings (both remote and in-person)
- Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and client systems
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the California Bar (required)
- Minimum 5 years of litigation, mortgage law, or real estate law experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize a large caseload
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and online client systems
