What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Development Winning new clients and growing your desk.
• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement Finding and securing top talent.
• Account Management Building lasting relationships and securing repeat business.
• Post-Placement Care Supporting candidates and clients beyond the hire.
• Marketing & Brand Growth Writing content, adverts, and driving recruitment visibility.

• A Proven Recruiter You know how to successfully run a desk.
• Business Development & Sales Savvy Comfortable bringing in new clients.
• Account Management Expertise Able to gain repeat business and build lasting partnerships.
• Candidate Resourcing Excellence You find top-tier professionals where others can’t.
• Confidence at Senior Level You’ll work closely with MDs, CFOs, and finance leaders.
• White-Collar Recruitment Experience Finance knowledge is a huge plus!
• Independent & Self-Motivated No micromanaging, but plenty of support.
• Collaborative Mindset We re a small, close-knit team, and culture matters.
