We have been operating for 8 years, and our team has over 45 years of recruitment experience. What You’ll Be Doing

• Business Development – Winning new clients and growing your desk.
• Candidate Sourcing & Engagement – Finding and securing top talent.
• Account Management – Building lasting relationships and securing repeat business.
• Post-Placement Care – Supporting candidates and clients beyond the hire.
• Marketing & Brand Growth – Writing content, adverts, and driving recruitment visibility.

• A Proven Recruiter– You know how to successfully run a desk.
• Business Development & Sales Savvy– Comfortable bringing in new clients.
• Account Management Expertise– Able to gain repeat business and build lasting partnerships.

• White-Collar Recruitment Experience– Finance knowledge is a huge plus!
