Company: Brink Constructors
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment and onboarding process
- Collaborates with management team to identify and receive detailed hiring criteria for needs
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
- Responsible for job postings and advertisement processes
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates – this position will select and create job offers through our applicant tracking and onboarding system
- Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
- Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Coordinates, attends, and participates in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and special events
- Take any required HR compliance training
- Social media recruiting
- Handling all cold calls that come into office inquiring about open positions
- Assist in projects, such as; HR events, benefits open enrollment, employee communications and company-wide meetings as needed
- Present New Hire Orientation
- Create and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Complies and prepares data for statistical reporting on recruiting
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to HR Manager
- Assists with preparation of human resource reports such as new hire, retention, and turnover reports
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years working in Human Resources, Recruiting, or related field experience
- HRIS system knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability and willingness to travel to all required events anywhere throughout the MidWest and FL
Preferred:
- iCIMS System knowledge
- aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification
- Proficient in handling multiple projects
- Positive outlook, flexibility and resilience to constant change
- Team oriented
- Self-starter that is well organized
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High sense of integrity – job requires being honest and ethical
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Proficient in technology – across multiple systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office

Compensation Range: The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $45,000.00/Yr. – USD $75,000.00/Yr. depending on experience and qualifications.
