Wilson explained that it was more difficult for him to lose weight, because of his polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), genetics, and battle with emotional meals. But he remained committed to his purpose for a year. In November, Wilson told Drew Barrymore that he felt “healthier than before” after his transformation – but he still hugged his figure who was. “I like my curve and items. I don’t think I’ll be too thin, but I feel much healthier,” he said.

After starting a weight loss trip in January, Wilson had met his aim, but he still planned to follow his new lifestyle to 2021. Here are all we know about HGM Fitness and routine nutrition so far:

Rebel Wilson revealed all the weight loss tips

1. He initially gained weight while filming a cat.
Wilson’s weight loss transformation first began when he shot a cat in 2019. In an interview with entertainment tonight in December, the actress said that she lost eight pounds in four days while filming. (Note that the CDC recommends one to two pounds as a safe amount to disappear in a week.)

“They heat up a very high set, up to almost 100 ° F, so we will never be able to calm down,” Wilson Et said. “These people are like, the best dancers around the world, so they can’t cool their muscles or they can get injuries and they will get out of the film.”

Wilson wants to continue the 2020th weight loss when he approaches 40. He decides to declare the year “Health Year” in early January. “In 2020, I wrote a letter to myself and said I would give it this year. And then I did it,” he said in the Instagram video.

2. He reduces sugar and junk food.
In November, Wilson told Barrymore that he had previously suffered from eating emotions because of fame and would eat around 3,000 calories a day. (Current public health guidelines indicate that adult women aim to consume a range of 1,600 to 2,400 calories per day.)

“There are a lot of stress coming with it, and I think the way I deal with it only eat donuts,” he said. “So I work on the mental side of things ‘why don’t I do that? Why don’t I judge yourself and have better self-esteem?'”

So, the actress decided to make some healthy changes. In an Instagram post on January 2, he shared three photos from the streets along the coast, and let his fans know the lifestyle changes he planned to be made, such as loading more water while avoiding sugar and junk food. “Who is with me in making a positive change this year?” He wrote.

Today, Wilson follows a high-protein diet, which includes many vegan protein smoothies, chicken breast, and salmon. Even though Wilson cut sugar and junk food for the most part, he still made room for balance. For example, he shared a video about him enjoying the cake in Monaco. “Remember, even though women, you still have to treat yourself 😘🍰,” he wrote on the description. “I just do it with food now only once or twice a week … and replace the Bubble Baths on an alternative night.”

3. He reportedly followed the Mayr method.
Wilson is said to follow the Mayr method, a restrictive program that claims to promote weight loss by improving intestinal health. According to people, Wilson has reached “extraordinary results” with the Mayr method after visiting Austrian luxury medical detoxification and Vivamayr fitness center.

The Mayr method is based on “Cure Mayr,” made by Austrian doctor Franz Xaver Mayr, M.D. The plan began with removing sugar and caffeine and suggested certain eating habits such as chewing food at least 40 to 60 times. The Mayr method also eliminates snacking and reducing gluten and milk. The actress told people that she recently returned to Vivamayr resort to ensure that she met her aim.

Wilson touched the gym six to seven saying a week, he revealed in Instagram videos. “Sunday is a day of rest, and I usually do at least an hour of physical activity a day,” he said.

In January, one of Wilson coach Jono Castano Acero, shared a video of the actress who worked hard at the gym with a series of battle straps. “Vibration Friday but @rebelwilson has put on page seven days a week! Proud of you, girl ❤️,” Acero imagined the post.

Acero told today that “typical practice week” includes a ton of high intensity interval training:

  • DAY 1: HIIT
  • DAY 2: WEIGHTS / RESISTANCE TRAINING
  • DAY 3: MOBILITY / RECOVERY
  • DAY 4: HIIT
  • DAY 5: HIIT / WEIGHTS
  • DAY 6: RECOVERY
  • DAY 7: HIIT

5. He gets his steps every day.
Wilson’s favorite way to exercise? Walk. “I know I was in a lucky position, I had access to a very amazing personal trainer. But I want you to know that the majority of the training I did this year I just went to take a walk,” he said in Instagram videos recently recently , “It’s free, you can do it, safe.”

He wasn’t big running, but he likes to get his heartbeat. “Walking is the best way for me – for my body type – to metabolize fat,” he added. “On the physical side, my biggest tip, friends, there is out there and walk. If you can do an hour, that’s what I like to do, when I go walk, and it’s the best. Just make your body move.”

Wilson likes to walk outdoors, and he wakes up super early to make sure he gets his training. In October, he shared a photo during the hike, which began at 6 in the morning. And involves around 100 meters sprint.

6. He lifts the burden.
Besides Cardio, Wilson likes strength training. “Women, don’t be afraid of weight. I like to lift the burden. It just makes you feel very strong,” he said in the Instagram video, while showing off the biceps. “I like feeling strong and strong.”

He even turned tires during his training. Wilson shared a video about him flipping a big tire as part of external training, showing off his strength. “Starting Sunday holidays! Look Out @ChrishMsworth & @Liamhemsworth 👀 Australian Latest Action Heroes play it!” “He wrote in a description.

7. He uses TRX to build strength and coordination.
Coach Wilson told Hollywood Life that Wilson’s distinctive circuit conducted at the gym involves Assault bikes (as soon as possible until he reaches 10 burnt calories), Battle Rope Slams (30 seconds), and trx squats (20 reps). “I use TRX because it focuses on the use of weight and gravity as resistance to the power of building strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joints,” said Acero.

He also worked on the essence with the rotation of stodging stands and dead bugs with drug balls, according to Acero “effective, safe, and a great way to strengthen and stabilize your core muscles, spine, and back.”

8. He is responsible for himself.

Acero pushed Wilson to share his progress on social media to keep him on his training. “Take care of you remain responsible, posts free on social,” he said today. “Rebels have posted for a total of 2020 on their trips, ups and downs.”

Join the community where other people post food and share tips during their weight loss trips can help. “I think it’s definitely a big boost if you try to fit,” said Acero.

That’s why he checked with frequent actresses, not only when they trained together. “It’s not just about 45 minutes with someone,” he said. “It’s around 24 hours, checked in.”

9. He practices self-love.
Wilson, who struggled with an emotional meal, still said he was sometimes still struggling. “The old pattern still appears,” he said. “Maybe not every day. But if I’m worried or anxious or anything, it still appears for me. It’s not something that will only disappear, it’s just something I have to manage now move forward.”

“It’s just about how you manage it and what you can do for … Try to replace your unhealthy habits with a healthy one,” he said.

Wilson said he would wear his weight as a barrier. “What I found was, why did I do that unhealthy behavior, was because I did not treat myself with love and respect,” he said. “I just didn’t judge myself.”

“What I’m trying to do is change the habit so you love more and you treat yourself with more respect,” he continued. “I’m doing love myself, and it’s a concept that is difficult to master.” To grow myself, Wilson practiced a journal, where he wrote all his emotions. “I like to end thank you and write down what I am blessed,” he said. “Even if it’s something very small … it’s amazing.”
