Responsibilities
Provides outpatient psychotherapy services to clinic patients and their families; is expected to maintain an independent caseload composed of a variety of patient concerns and psychiatric disorders; utilize a breadth of knowledge in psychotherapy and psychiatry to provide psychotherapeutic interventions, evaluation and assessment skills; functions both independently and in a team approach.
Qualifications
Masters in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, Marital and Family Therapy or related field. Three years clinical experience preferably in outpatient setting. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Strong written and verbal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills. Good decision making/problem solving skills. Knowledge of DSM IV diagnosis/disorders.Must have Wisconsin MA (Medical Assistance) provider number or be eligible to obtain. Licensed as a marital and family therapist, social worker, or professional counselor by the State of Wisconsin Division of Community Services.

$70,512 – $105,747 / year; Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
