Job description: As a PR Communication Specialist, you will serve as a key storyteller and brand champion responsible for shaping Wan Bridge’s voice across internal and external platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategic communications, public relations, visual content creation, and digital engagement-with a focus on amplifying the Company’s mission, values, and industry presence through compelling and cohesive storytelling.You will play a vital role in building corporate reputation, strengthening employee and candidate engagement, and positioning Wan Bridge as an innovative leader in the real estate and build-to-rent sectors.PR & Communication Strategy

  • Design and implement PR campaigns aligned with business goals and brand visibility.
  • Partner with leadership and internal teams to identify storytelling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners including our external PR firm partner.

Visual & Multimedia Content Creation

  • Develop high-impact visual content including graphics, videos, presentations, and infographics.
  • Lead the creation of a multimedia asset library that reflects the company’s brand and culture.
  • Support executive communications, thought leadership, and talent branding initiatives.

Digital Marketing & Online Presence (B2E & B2B)

  • Drive content across digital platforms including the website, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future strategy.
  • Ensure all digital communications are on-brand and aligned with company positioning.

Internal Communications & Employee Experience

  • Develop internal messaging for organizational updates, culture campaigns, and talent initiatives.
  • Support HR and leadership with content that enhances employee engagement and retention.
  • Elevate employee stories, testimonials, and milestones internally and externally.

Branding & Messaging

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, visual standards, and storytelling across all content.
  • Contribute to brand evolution efforts in partnership with the marketing team.

Event Communication Support

  • Provide content and materials for events such as conferences, grand openings, and internal engagements.

Analytics & Market Intelligence

  • Track PR and content performance through analytics and reporting tools.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership on communication impact.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to inform strategic adjustments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or brand content strategy.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and user-friendly platforms like CapCut, Figma, or Descript is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and media relations best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate, multifamily, or construction industry.
