This role involves various functions, including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, general administration, and compliance with all relevant local employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and autonomously.Onboarding New Employees – 10%Serve as the Employee Success Onboarding Facilitator for all new hires within the US region. This includes completing and verifying the I-9 verification steps as outlined by the federal government.Conduct Onboarding Orientation sessions in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Employee ExperienceHost US benefit enrollment sessions for new hires and resolve or elevate benefits-related tickets with our broker or systems teamEmployee Service Center Coverage – 20%Respond to employee questions and inquiries related to leaves of absence, benefits, compensation and policy including inquiries through the ES ticketing platform and in person to achieve or exceed established SLAs while consistently seeking ways to improve efficiency and scalabilityRegularly review, updated, and edit the Employee Success Wiki both proactively and with time-sensitive information from cross-functional ES teamsMaintain employee files for employees and related documentationBenefits and Leave Management – 20%Accountable for liaising with external benefits brokers in the U.S. and EMEA as the single point of contact to manage enrollments and employee-specific inquiriesCoordinate leaves of absence and its communications and pay with employee, manager, payroll and People Analytics, Systems, & Talent Acquisition (PASTA)Manage the 401(k) plan and audit in partnership with G2’s Payroll team and external auditorsPlan and facilitate the US Annual Benefits enrollment in partnership with our benefit broker and Employee Success stakeholdersManage and update G2 and employee information and records – 10%Partner with PASTA when organizational or employee changes occur, including documentation, process compensation changes, employee communication, and communication to managersComplete offboarding processes for terminations, including drafting separation agreements or any other necessary documentation as neededAssist PASTA with data audits and resolutionsSupport Employee Success globally and ensure compliance with local/country guidelines – 15%Ensure compliance with all workforce requirements in the U.S. and UKComplete federal and state compliance reporting requirements in partnership with PASTACreate communications (including wiki pages) for process and policy changesServe as a participant and collaborator with projects, initiatives and programs with the Global Employee Success Team including but not limited to annual handbook review, salary review/analysis, performance reviews, QERs (quarterly employee reviews), policies etc.Culture and Community – 25%Manage external partners including relationship management and administrative supportG2 Gives budget management, including but not limited to documentation for donation matchingLead and deliver global holistic gifting process including external partnership, communication, and timely deliverySupport Culture & Community Lead with ERGs, help coordinate events, meetings, budgets and communicationsQualifications:2-5 years of HR experience in the areas of employee service delivery, administration, benefits, and leave management required with a desire to grow career in HRAbility to interface at all levels of the organization and build collaborative relationships across the Employee Success and cross-functional teamsNaturally curious and data-driven problem solver, well-organized, and a strong communicatorEntrepreneurial spirit with an AI-first mindset and passion to question status quo and drive continuous improvement and create effective solutionsProven ability to handle confidential informationWorking knowledge of HR laws, regulations and best practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment (involving diverse cultures and different geographies) with a high volume workload and strong deliverablesWhat makes your application stand out:Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company.Proficient with G Suite and Google platform (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Slides), Jira and HRIS systems (UKG, ChartHop, Keka -for APAC only)Our Commitment to Inclusivity and DiversityAt G2, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse environment where people of every background can thrive and feel welcome.
