Job description: Vaco Phoenix is working with a stable and growing company, who is looking to add a Payroll/HR specialist to their fun and loose environment. This position requires the preparation, processing, and maintenance of basic payroll responsibilities. This position is perfect for someone looking to plant their roots and grow with a stable company.This role is full time (40hrs/week) located in Tempe, AZ!Duties and Responsibility:

• Will need to know A-Z payroll processes

• Weekly processing of payroll
• Maintaining and entering into Payroll system (deductions/allowances/commissions)
• Payroll Taxes
• Construction background is preferred
• Foundation Software (not required)
• PTO calendar maintained

Desired experience:

• Strong urge to learn and grow
• 3+ years of payroll processing experience
• General accounting background
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
