Conducts office hours as assigned.Job DescriptionQualifications:Must have a minimum of 7-10 years of Executive, Senior Level Management/Leadership Experience requiredMust have practical business industry experience related to quantitative courses preferredExperience with Canvas preferredA deep understanding and appreciation for Jack’s management philosophyThe ability to both coach and instruct adult learners in an online environmentExperience with the adoption of new technology and toolsThe ability to do occasional Synchronous work with studentsCommitment to student successMust be able to teach any of the quant courses when neededExperience teaching at the graduate level – online preferredMastery in presentation skills, planning and organizing of course objectiveEssential Duties:Actively participate in weekly online discussionsEvaluate and provide feedback on student courseworkAssist with development and refinement of curriculumCreate short videos to introduce new topics each week Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Maintain adequate records of student progressMaintain smooth course operation and adherence to policies and proceduresEducation Requirements:All degrees must​ be conferred and from an accredited institution to be considered.Doctoral degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or working towards your doctoral degree (ABD) is preferredMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field requiredProfessional certification in discipline specialty (if applicable) CPA or CMA a plusCertificates, licenses and registrations:NoneOther:Must be able to travel weekly to required location(s).Must be able to lift 25 lbs.Typical office setting.Mobility within the office including movement from floor to floor.Travel via plane, car, and metro may be required to perform this job.Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant.Access information using a computer.Effectively communicate, both up and down the management chain.Effectively cope with stressful situations.Strong mental acuity.Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.Other essential functions and marginal job functions are subject to modification.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
