Responsibilities
Schedule appointments for patients. Greets, directs, and assists customers as they present for appointments. Assists patients in preliminary appointment preparation.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
None
Computer knowledge, public relations, customer service
Preferred: Ophthalmic experience
Preferred: Optical experience and related skills
Preferred: Accreditation by Joint Commission of Allied Health Personnel in Ophthalmology
Preferred: 18 hours of continuing education credits approved by JCAHO every 3 years
Must complete certification within 24 months of hire
Exemption Status
Nonexempt
Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.; $17.20 – 22.89/ hour;
