Job description: Online Sales Support Specialist – 1st Shift – $17/hr – Ypsilanti, MIAre You a Customer Service Pro with a Passion for E-Commerce? Join Us as an Online Sales Support Specialist!Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and text messages.
- Provide accurate product information and updates on order status.
- Track and verify shipments to assist customers with delivery inquiries.
- Process and verify returned items, conducting inspections before issuing refunds.
- Handle Amazon returns and ensure item verification before restocking.
- Manage warranty repairs and process replacements as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Qualifications/Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in online sales required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, especially during peak times.
- Experience with processing returns and warranty repairs.
- Familiarity with Amazon return processes and stock verification preferred.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing communications with customers through various channels (email, phone, and text), processing returns, tracking orders, and handling warranty repairs. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the smooth flow of online sales operations.
