We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Online Sales Consultant to engage with potential buyers through digital platforms and drive online revenue growth. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the online purchasing journey, offering product recommendations, answering inquiries, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, digital fluency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Engage with prospective and existing customers via live chat, email, phone, and social mediaUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to drive online conversionsGuide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a seamless experienceMaintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to effectively respond to questionsCollaborate with marketing, fulfillment, and support teams to optimize the online customer journeyFollow up on leads, abandoned carts, and online inquiries to close sales opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM or e-commerce systemsMeet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance KPIsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred1–3 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer serviceExcellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive selling skillsComfortable using live chat software, CRM platforms, and e-commerce toolsStrong understanding of digital buying behaviors and online customer expectationsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in [Insert Industry, e.g., retail, tech, fashion, home goods]Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce CommerceKnowledge of digital marketing tools and lead nurturing strategies

Expected salary: $42000 – 71415 per year
