Job description: Job Description:OverviewOnline Reputation Management SpecialistThe Online Reputation Management Specialist is responsible for the brand’s online presence, analysis, and management of the brand’s reputation. The Online Reputation Management Specialist builds trust and brand loyalty while safeguarding the company’s reputation by monitoring the online activities of the company’s brand and builds a consistent reputation across all web-based channels and platforms.
Responsibilities

  • Manage online review and rating platforms by employing working knowledge of Google ranking systems and search algorithms
  • Analyze and respond to online reviews and comments in a timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a positive public company image through public-facing communication
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Create, edit, publish, and share high-quality online reputation management content
  • Create and distribute press releases and other public-facing communication
  • Optimize company pages within each online platform to increase brand visibility
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote and market the reputation of the company’s brand
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure consistency with the organization’s brand strategy
  • Capture and analyze appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and act on
  • information to reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and reputation management campaigns

Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality industry experience
  • 1-2 years proven work experience as a Community Management Specialist of Customer Service Supervisor
  • Hands on experience with social media management for a variety of brands
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or English
  • Experience with Salesforce and Sprinklr is preferred
  • Working knowledge of online platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Yelp, OpenTable, TripAdvisor and others.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Effective communication skills
  • Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
