We are looking for qualified freelance trainers:Indonesian expert
- Native-level fluency in Japanese or higher proficiency (at least C1 if non-native – ability to deliver the training in French)
- Intercultural knowledge on the following areas: understanding Indonesian companies, business culture, working practices and communication styles in Indonesia
- Previous intercultural training experience is ideal,
- Professional, able to work cohesively, and able to think quickly
- Flexibility in schedule
- A high level of comfort using internet-based software and technology
- A reliable broadband internet connection (DSL or cable) installed
- Friendly, outgoing personality
Responsibilities include:Lesson preparationDelivering lessons to business professionals according to course objectivesProviding course feedback online
