Schedule:Monday–Thursday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.Job Summary:As an Online Inspector, you’ll play a key role in the screen printing process—monitoring production to catch defects early and ensure products meet strict quality standards. Your attention to detail will help maintain the company’s commitment to delivering excellence to customers worldwide.Responsibilities:Inspect parts at setup to ensure dimensions and specifications match approved printsVerify color registration and fit to templatesConfirm settings align with job routing requirementsRead and follow job routings and quality plansComplete density and gloss charts accuratelyAudit in-process jobs and report defects or discrepanciesContinuously monitor product for quality complianceCommunicate issues clearly to operators and leadershipQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and job ordersProficiency using computers and willingness to learn new softwareStrong math and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksPhysical Requirements:Stand or walk continuously; occasional sittingLift up to 40 lbs. to shoulder height; team lift up to 80 lbs.Push or pull up to 100 lbs. occasionallyFrequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers20/20 corrected vision and accurate color vision requiredWork Environment:Continuous exposure to moderate to loud noise, chemicals, fumes, and moving objectsOccasional exposure to heat and varying work heightsMay rarely be exposed to outdoor conditions or sudden temperature changesPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) requiredApply today to join a high-quality team at a global company with a strong reputation for excellence.ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
