Job description: We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers through various communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely mannerAssist customers with order placement, tracking, and returnsProvide product information and recommendations to customersMonitor online reviews and respond to customer feedbackCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrior customer service experience preferredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication toolsSkills:Strong problem-solving skillsEmpathy and patience when dealing with customersAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologiesCompensation Range: $60K – $64K
