We are looking for a data-driven and creative Online Customer Acquisition Specialist to lead efforts in attracting and converting new customers through digital channels. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing customer acquisition campaigns across platforms such as social media, search engines, email, and web. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record in driving measurable growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to grow the online customer baseManage paid and organic campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and affiliatesOptimize campaign performance based on data insights and customer behaviorCollaborate with creative and content teams to craft compelling messaging and landing pagesMonitor and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer lifetime valueConduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaign effectivenessIdentify new channels and opportunities to expand reach and attract high-quality leadsWork closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align efforts and ensure a smooth conversion funnelQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or online customer acquisitionProficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platformsStrong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and conversion optimizationExcellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategiesSelf-starter with strong time management and organizational skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in [Insert Industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, healthtech]Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or KlaviyoBackground in performance marketing or growth marketing

Expected salary: $42000 – 71415 per year
