Job description: Our client, a dynamic leader in the customer service industry, is seeking a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting customer inquiries and enhancing customer satisfaction.   • Provide professional pre-sales and after-sales services to customers through online chat, email, and phone.
  • Answer customers’ questions about products, orders, logistics, and more.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt follow-up on solutions.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure efficient handling of customer issues.
  • Organize and update FAQs, commonly used templates, and internal process documents based on customer issues.

What’s Needed?

  • Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Clear written English expression, capable of handling emails and communication independently.
  • Preferred Cantonese speaking ability.
  • Strong service awareness, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in online customer service or relevant client-server roles is preferred.
