The successful candidate must have a proven record of collaboration, professionalism, and interpersonal communication, with experience in recruitment and higher education.This is an on-campus position on the Fort Hays State University campus in Hays, Kansas.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; knowledge and experience in higher education. Excellent written and oral communication skills.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; knowledge and experience in higher education student recruitment. Customer relationship management (CRM) system and student information system (SIS) experience. Serve as a main point of contact for prospective online students. Assist prospective online students in the admission process. Communicate with prospective online students via emails, phone calls, text messaging, and in-person using appropriate technology (HubSpot, Sakari, Mainstay, etc.). Effective use of Workday student information system. Help manage the FHSU Online email account. Complete unofficial transcript evaluations for prospective transfer students. Represent FHSU Online at in-person and online recruitment events as needed. Regularly evaluate and make recommendations to leadership on the prospective student communication plan. Assist with the development of print and promotional marketing materials. Assist with the FHSU Online social media strategy. Assist with scholarship administration, awarding, and reporting. Serve on campus committees. Additional duties as assigned.Priority Deadline: June 12, 2025.
