Job description: Give your passion a purpose! Join our Home Instead team in a work from home opportunity. Home Instead provides a variety of services to help local seniors stay independent and safe in their own home. This is a per diem pay position working from home.In this role, you’ll manage on-call Home Instead phones two evenings a week from 4:30pm- 8:00am and one weekend a month from Friday 4:30pm- Monday 8:00am.Responsibilities:Schedule and fill Client shifts as needed to ensure Client needs are met.
Communicate schedule changes to Client and Care Professionals/Caregivers.
Respond to emergency situations as needed.
Contact backup Office team for situations that require immediate resolution.
Field new client and Care Professional/Caregiver inquiries.
Electronically log activities of your shift and communicate to Office Team.
Occasional Care Professional/Caregiver shifts with Client as needed.Requires:Computer experience.
Ability to provide effective and open communication.
Valid Drivers License, dependable car, auto Insurance.
Clear criminal background checks and drug screen.
The ability to make independent decisions.
Maintain calm in challenging situations.
Strong phone and customer service skills.
